A CAAM asset manager strategizes with the local real estate agent to create a customized disposition or marketing plan for each asset and provides effective coordination, planning, oversight functions, benchmarks and performance reviews.

The marketing plan identifies the type of buyer the property will be marketed towards and incorporates MLS exposure to reach buyers’ agents effectively. Direct buyer outreach is conducted with proper pricing, presentation, and planned marketing strategies to yield more timely sales at the best price possible within the given market.

Outreach and marketing is targeted to likely buyers to encourage loan pre-approval and promote FHA 203k as needed for renovation of properties requiring repairs. As needed, the following alternative disposition strategies are used:
