Property title reports are ordered through CAAM’s affiliate, Consolidated Analytics Asset Management or other approved title and escrow providers. Providers are tasked with supplying the title and grade, title curative, and closing coordination. A CAAM title coordinator partners with the assigned title company to assist in curative efforts for assets with any identified title deficiencies.

Closing coordinators work directly with title/escrow personnel to ensure accurate, timely HUD-1 preparation, review and approval, and coordinate with asset managers to monitor closing progress to ensure final loan approval is obtained, terms are tracked, buyer’s inspections, appraisals and lender required repairs are completed, closing documents are prepared, etc. The Consolidated Asset Management quality control team then audits signed purchase agreements, addendums, deeds, and HUD-1 documentation to minimize the potential for error.
